SOME REALIZATIONS
In this years, I have worked in all the aspects concerning the fabrication of steel wires and wire products.
1.- Research
:: Behaviour of armatures for prestresed concrete.
:: Weldings made under protective gas (CO2 and ATAL).
:: Properties of steels killed with Al, and/or Cr and V alloyed.
:: Hot dip galvanisation and drawing after galvanising of heavy coating wires.
:: Origin and remedy of failures during wire ropes life.
:: Computerized design of wire ropes.
2.- Mechanical Projects
:: Take up frames for patenting and galvanising.
:: Continous lines for patenting, pickling and galvanising.
:: Lines for stress relieving wire and strands (law relaxation).
:: Lines for thermal treatement and copper coating of tyre bead wire.
:: Stranding and closing machines for rope industry.
:: Complete drawing and rope mills.
3.- Factory Managing
Experience in managing a factory with 700 peoples, and their increase in productivity, through changes in the loading and unloading devices, new layouts, study of working methods, improvement of fabrication process.
